Alan and Carlos are the absolute best! We are so happy with the whole process. My husband and I purchased our 1st home and we were so nervous. However, they made the whole process smooth and stress free. They never once made us feel like we were bothering them with our questions. Even better, they knew the answer to everything we asked! They were on top of everything, kept us updated through it all, and were always available. We were so lucky to find them. Thank you so much again Alan and Carlos!!

Tesha helped me, my boyfriend, & our roommate find a house (technically two?) very last-minute short notice. She helped us sign a lease for a bigger, better place than the one we got. Unfortunately, the night before our move-in day, we found out someone (suspected the previous renters having been evicted) broke into the home & destroyed it to the point of being unlivable, thus we weren't allowed to move in. So the landlord showed us alternate properties they could offer, & that's how we got stuck with the one we have today in an awful neighborhood--but clearly, none of the negative parts were Tesha's fault. I'm incredibly grateful to her for saving us from being homeless. & she connected me with a realtor to finally move out of Texas, which will be a dream come true. THANK YOU TESHA!!!

Simply the best! Alan Schrock and Carlos Santana were not only the the most reliable and responsive team, but they helped through every step of the home buying process and were incredibly helpful in advising us when questions would arise.
